werewolf diet

summary

Werewolves are carnivorous predators that consume blood and meat to survive. There are various methods of which they can hunt and procure their prey. Although the meals vary between human and animal, there are many different eating habits that Werewolves obtain. The insatiable appetite of a Werewolf is very complex. There are many reference terms and Pack Laws dedicated to eating habits.

biology

The inclination to consume blood is to sustain a Werewolf's mental and physical strength.

psychology

For many Werewolves, the satisfaction of quenching the incessant thirst for blood becomes addictive. Werewolves become intoxicated from pleasure and what once was a method of survival becomes something terribly compulsive.

Werewolves are driven by an insatiable appetite of hunger and lust. They behave solely from impulse. Their instincts are profoundly carnal and they are emphasized by their darkest emotions. There are very few Werewolves who resist temptation and pursue moral decency.

hunger

Hunger is the intense need to consume prey. This urge is stronger than thirst. Satisfying hunger is a key factor of accommodating with Werewolvism. Neglect of proper feeding can lead to many symptoms such as nausea, mood swings, irritability, lethargy and may even result in them perishing.

thirst

Thirst is the need to consume the blood of prey. This urge is not as strong as hunger. Satisfying thirst is another key factor of accommodating with Werewolvism. Neglect of quenching thirst can lead to many symptoms such as a tightening of the throat, salvation, headaches, and anxiety.

mealtime

Mealtime is the specific time of the day when the Pack enjoys dinner. The Hunter of the Pack and the troop pursue their prey, then return it to the Pack for them to eat. The Pack may only consume the food brought back. Any hunting outside of mealtime can be punished by banishment. This is to maintain eating habits and prevent mass murders.

feeding frenzy

When a Werewolf spirals into a feeding frenzy, they experience an unquenchable thirst for blood. A frenzy occurs often in pups who are awakened to their new cravings. This incites the incessant urge to hunt in order to sate their hunger. This frenzy may also be known as devouring or gorging.

bloodlust

Bloodlust is a thirst for someone's blood beyond the usual craving intensity. This is a very sexual sensation caused by attraction to possible prey. Symptoms of Bloodlust include but are not limited to:

a tightening of the throat, salivation, dilated pupils, ecstasy, sexual arousal.

eating habits

Carnivores

Carnivore Werewolves consume either humans or animals for survival - typically both. They are known for being rational predators that hunt their prey when necessary. Their hunting tactic is to prowl in the shadows to procure their prey.

Feasties

Feastie Werewolves eat the entire carcass of their prey - including the bones. Their voracious appetite is known to be quite difficult to sate. Therefore, they feel the urge to consume greater quantities of prey. However, when they partake in feeding they often remain within their own control. Their hunting tactic is similar to that of a carnivore.

Drainers

Drainer Werewolves only drink the blood of their human prey. They prefer to consume animal meat. The common belief is that it soothes their guilty conscience but quenches their thirst. They may feed on a human while simultaneously keeping them alive. Their typical hunting tactic is often to charm or seduce their prey to avoid the remorse of the hunt.

Humanitarians

Humanitarian Werewolves refuse to consume human flesh or blood. They maintain a balanced diet of meat and blood from animals. They consider themselves to be "vegetarians".

Brutes

Brute Werewolves are brutal and bloodthirsty because their predator instincts are incredibly more feral. Their insatiable appetite provokes the urge to viciously devour their prey. They are sadistic and often torture, mutilate and slaughter their victims. Brutes enjoy hunting and terrorizing their prey - some even find sexual gratification within carnage. They are ruthless and find entertainment within wreaking havoc. The temptation of Bloodlust compels them to indulge in debauchery and chaos. They have severe lack of remorse and hardly ever redeem or recover from their addiction.

Extremist

Extremist Werewolves possess eating habits that exceed ordinary methods. They would be known as an Extremist Brute, Extremist Humanitarian, Etc.

perishing

If a Werewolf does not feed themselves, they will die of starvation. However, when a Werewolf perishes, it is very different from death. They will simply weaken until their body collapses and dries up. A Werewolf will naturally embalm and fall into a comatose state. If a Werewolf that has perished is fed an abundant amount of blood, they will come back to life.
