analysis

Jack is a troubled woman with a dark past. Her grim history, as well as her resurrection, has left her with a bitter and broken heart. Jack's dreadful encounters in the past endowed her pessimistic belief that there are no pure intentions in this world.

Therefore, the esteem she once held for others has been absorbed into herself completely. With the mindset that life revolves around the survival of the fittest, Jack trusts herself to conquer dire circumstances and defeat her enemies. When facing grave danger, she depends entirely on her own instincts and courage. Hence why Jack is not easily intimidated by any given person or situation. She handles peril and stress with the aggressive determination to succeed; even if the price of victory costs the well-being of others.

Consequently, Jack's twisted strategy to life is to hurt others before they hurt her. In a scenario where her emotions feel threatened, she will become hostile and projective. This derives from the necessity to protect herself at all times. Her actions towards others and general mannerisms are typically quite defensive. Whether it be towards those she detests or those she admires, Jack is prepared for betrayal and disappointment at any angle. For she truly believes that even those closest to her will inevitably neglect her.

This cynicism conflicts with her desire to be loved and cherished dearly. Jack's fear of intimacy developed the essence of her wanton behavior. Her insatiable libido emerged from her need for incessant affection. Her temporary solution to fill the void in her heart is to engage in various sexual relations. However, they are often brief and insignificant. This leaves Jack craving more and thus rewinds the endless cycle.

Her morals are waned due to the fact she is simply careless. This applies to other characteristics she obtains, such as her language. With her foul mouth, Jack's constant use of profanity often strikes others as vulgar. This reaction often does little to diminish her confidence on account of her lack of respect towards propriety. Jack could have been very sophisticated and intelligent had it not been for her continuous disregard of education.

Her contempt for authority originates from the many overbearing figures in her life. From victorian pimps to Saint Warren doctors, Jack loathes anyone who tries to control the fire within her. She is impudent as she is spirited.

Despite her many flaws, Jack has many redeeming qualities. Jack has a passionate soul in regards to all aspects of her life - especially when she falls in love. Her devotion runs deep for those whom she's warily accepted into her heart. There are very few who have earned Jack's trust and loyalty. Nevertheless, she would take a silver bullet for her best friends.

These people have achieved their title by constantly feeding her large ego. Although she refuses to admit it, Jack loves to be the center of attention. She adores compliments and being fawned over. Those who know her well have accepted this trait of hers. They nourish her with positive assurance to keep her happy. This is a good rule of thumb to have when one is her pack member.

Jack is a proud Consort to her pack. She enjoys having control and telling others what to do in her favor. Although her pack members see her as bossy, they treat her with the respect she deserves. Jack is a natural born leader. Her ultimate goal is to grow more powerful than ever before and finally be the woman that those once doubted she could be.

Backstory

1800s

Jack was born out of wedlock on July 24, 1861. Her mother committed adultery with another man. This man was a Werewolf, hence where Jack inherited her genes. Jack's biological father scorned her on account of her mother's infidelity. After Jack was born, her father abandoned her. Jack was left inside a basket in an alleyway. She was found days later, cold and starved. She was brought to an adoption home with no title other than "baby girl". During her years in the orphanage, Jack was never given a name. Even as a baby, Jack showed signs of being different. She would cry after being fed as if she needed nutrients other than milk.

From the day she arrived, she was visited by numerous doctors. None of which could diagnose her problem. When she became a child, Jack was aggressive and defiant. The adults suited her unfit to be around other children and thus, Jack was placed in an isolation ward. Her only socialization was when she was fed or given medication. When Jack turned 5 she made her first transformation into a Werewolf. No one had witnessed her turn, therefore there was confusion as to why a stray dog was wandering around the building. From there, Jack was taken to the pound. Jack remained there until her next transformation, only to be taken back again and again.

Despite her many tribulations, Jack remained hopeful. In order to survive, she taught herself how to hunt prey and manage her Werewolvism to the best of her ability. The majority of her childhood was spent living on the streets, mooching money and food from pedestrians. Some were kind enough to give her a place to stay, although most were not. This was the origin of Jack's belief that the key to survival was fending for yourself. Life was a constant struggle and finding the means to support herself grew increasingly difficult. However, by the time Jack was 20, she found her silver lining.

This came in the form of an older man named Anthony Lewis. He instantly fell for Jack's beauty the moment he laid eyes on her. Little to his knowledge the Werewolf pheromones had an impact as well. One rainy evening, Anthony invited her over for tea. He gave her a change of warm clothes and shelter from the stormy weather. Once engaged in conversation, Anthony was charmed by her fiery disposition and sharp wit.

When he realized he had not asked for her name, Jack admitted to not owning one. Much to his surprise, he stated, "A beautiful woman such as yourself should have a name." He then gave her the name "Blanche". This was popular in the 1880s. It meant "white" and "fair", typically given to women with blonde hair. Anthony's initial interest in Jack was in her appearance. Anthony was a shallow man with a preference for gorgeous women with blonde hair. Jack did not know this at the time, however, she found out much later. From there, Jack was manipulated into a relationship with Anthony. They were married very soon after their meeting. Although Jack did not trust his intentions, she knew Anthony was her opportunity for a better life.

The industrial revolution changed cultural living. A woman's role in the middle-class family was defined by how much income her husband brought home. Jack's primary role was taking care of the house while Anthony was at work. However, among her womanly duties, Jack was keeping a secret from her husband. During this time, women’s right’s groups started to emerge. Jack joined these groups which lobbied for voting rights and supported the temperance movement.

Jack's relationship with Anthony soured when he began to show disinterest in her. He grew distant, claiming he had gotten bored with her. Anthony had numerous affairs, all of which he was too careless to hide from Jack. She became bitter and lashed out at the maltreatment. Jack was tired of living a lie. She was exhausted from the constant suppression of her Werewolvism. Consequently, she embraced the agitated hunger within her. Jack went into a frenzy, spending late nights out hunting in forests and alleyways. One evening, she was reckless enough to get caught. Anthony was horrified to see Jack drinking blood from another man's neck. Jack's husband was quick to claim she was committing adultery. Thus, he divorced her and Jack was once again abandoned on the streets.

With nowhere to go and no means to support herself, Jack was destitute. She tried to work in a factory, which was ultimately miserable and humiliating. Her working conditions were atrocious. The environment was unsanitary and hazardous. Many of her co-workers that breathed in the cold, dusty air died of lung disease or pneumonia. Luckily, Jack's Werewolvism gave her immunity. Jack worked excruciatingly long days and nights, being paid far less than her fellow male employees. Her minimum wage was barely enough to make ends meet. She simply couldn’t make enough to live independently.

Therefore, Jack became a Victorian prostitute. At the time, New England had more brothels than schools. Roughly 80,00 women were working as prostitutes. They were referred to as “fallen women,” for they were an example of what honorable women in society became as they turned to a life of lust and sin. However, this belief failed to include men. Prostitution was legal and widely accepted, for it was considered that men needed a sexual outlet for the desires they were forced to repress in their daily lives. Jack's means to survive meant providing these men an outlet.

She started out in the lowest class of prostitution, where young women worked in brothels. She was assigned the name "Fairfax" which was the English name for blonde. Jack began to grow spiteful of the fact she was only regarded for her appearance. The brothel residence was wretched. Dozens of women crammed into small spaces, toppling over one another through the dirty hallways. Jack lived in squalid living conditions and wasn't shown even the simplest of luxuries.

Jack was forced to sleep with whichever man the madame assigned her to. These men were often repulsive, treating her with very little respect and decency. She had to fulfill their fantasies, no matter how vile or disturbing. Jack was often mistreated, being handled roughly while performing her job. Her feisty attitude placed her in a lot of trouble. On occasion, Jack would be uncooperative with her customers. This frustrated her madame and as a result, she would punish Jack for her rebellious actions. When the madame was done, she would degrade Jack by telling her that she is nothing more than an object. Jack grew forlorn and desperate for an escape.

After saving enough money, she became a middle-class prostitute. Jack had finally become an independent woman. She had her own apartment and could choose her own clients. This meant that no madame controlled her profit. However, there were struggles. For being an independent prostitute meant that she couldn’t have the protection of the brothel community or on-site medical doctors.

Over time, Jack evolved into a high class of prostitute. She was beautiful and experienced enough to work with only elite clients, specifically aristocrats or members of parliament. Eventually, Jack began working exclusively for one man. His name was Cornelious Montgomery and he was as charming as he was handsome. Their time together was often spent from night till daybreak. After intercourse, they would talk about everything from art to politics. He was an educated man who enjoyed enlightening Jack with his knowledge. He even got so attached as to where he was reluctant to leave in the mornings. Jack suspected that Cornelious was as lonely as she was.

Cornelious returned for her services again and again. Soon his visits became more frequent. Until they occurred every day. Cornelious saw something in Jack that was magnetic. Moreover, he felt as if she was too worthy of being a prostitute. Cornelious suggested she became his domestic servant. And to this Jack was thrilled for a release from her current job.

Cornelious was a Lord that lived in a manor fit for royalty, much to Jack's delight. Although she merely a servant, Cornelious was very gracious to her. He gave her an extravagant room to reside in, along with elegant clothes to wear. As he was a single man, he had no other woman to pamper. Cornelious was a lonely king in his castle and Jack was the company he wanted. He suggested under his employment, she went by the name "Fiona", meaning "white, fair and beautiful". Jack complied despite her personal vexation for her appearance being the prime factor of her name.

Cornelious showed fondness towards Jack, gifting her with small presents from time to time. They shared many tender moments, including their beloved morning ritual. Cornelious would sit with Jack in the mornings over tea and read her the newspaper. Since a majority of working-class women couldn't read or write, Cornelious would keep her updated on daily events. At night, he would teach her how to read books from his expansive library. Jack slowly began falling in love with him for giving her the treatment she never had.

Their relationship was built on their physical compatibility. He wooed her with lavish possessions and in return he expected sex. Cornelious taught Jack that a woman showed a man love through sex. Jack has never forgotten this lesson and still strongly believes it to this day.

One evening, Jack's whole world came crashing down. She walked in on Cornelious having sex with another woman. Cornelious explained it was nothing more than an arrangement, for the woman was a Lady and they were planning to be married on account of expanding their fortunes. Jack was devastated and once again cheated on. After everything Cornelious had done, he ultimately betrayed her. He couldn't prove to be loyal enough as to claim Jack as his own. Jack had never experienced heartbreak before and it demolished any ounce of trust she had left. The worst part was, she hated Cornelious yet hated herself more for letting him in.

Jack left with nothing more than the clothes on her back. She rented a tiny apartment in the city and struggled to support herself once again. However, at this point in her life, she had never been more determined to survive by no will other than her own.

By the early 1900s, the suffrage movement strived to get women the right to vote. Along with that, a few women’s universities opened. Jack attempted to get her education until she realized the environment didn't suit her likings. The teachers reminded her too much of other authority figures in her life. Thus, she dropped out of university in search of a new beginning.

1900s

A new state was founded in 1889, known as Washington State. Jack moved to a small town called Thorpsedale with a predominately human population. Jack had no resources or friends to help her as she embarked on this new journey. Jack managed to acquire a profession as a dressmaker, making garments for women of high social class. She scraped up enough money to buy a tiny house of her own. Life was simple for Jack but she enjoyed her freedom. With no one to answer to and hew newly found independence, she was finally happy.

Until the year 1975, Jack's peace was approached by a new threat. Jack, unfortunately, stumbled upon a man named Johnathan Buchanan. He was 25 years old and very polite. Johnathan studied her for weeks until coming across the discovery she was a Werewolf. Johnathan was an Anti, a person who despises Werewolves. Not only that, but he was a doctor at Saint Warren, an experimental laboratory for Werewolves. He captured Jack and transported her to Saint Warren. Her humble life was ripped away from her without notice before taking a turn for the worst.

The new purpose of her existence was to be tortured in the name of science. Upon entry to the laboratory, Jack was stripped of the name Fiona and was assigned the number #8923. She was thrown into a cell much worse than the isolation ward from her childhood orphanage. Jack was experimented on with toxic chemicals that were known to be Werewolves' natural weaknesses. She was rarely fed and was kept on a diet of genetically produced foods. Jack was forced to take prescribed medication by the doctors - none to sustain her health but rather to keep her alive for experimentation. The most dehumanizing trial she endured was when the scientists examined her reproductive organs. They would steal her eggs and study them in hopes of determining how Werewolves procreate.

Jack was suffering every waking moment in Saint Warren. Her attempts at escape were all unsuccessful. Most of the time she was incapacitated by the constant injection of sedative drugs. She slowly went insane as Jack's sanity slipped through her fingers. Jack recalls that she lost track of time while imprisoned.

There was merely one thing that kept Jack strong. Another prisoner of Saint Warren, named Cesar Sutton, was the light of her life. They weren't allowed to interact much, but if Jack was lucky, she would occasionally be in the same lab as him. Despite being tortured, Cesar would manage to smile at Jack. This was the only form of kindness she ever received. Sometimes they saw each other in the hallways and would slip little notes underneath each other's cell doors. If Jack was starved for experimentation, Cesar would share portions of his food with her. They became fast friends and encouraged each other to never give up. They would talk about their plans to escape and run away together. This gave Jack hope.

Cesar had a brother named Tate, who also was a prisoner at Saint Warren. They were very close with one another before Jack arrived. However, Tate began to grow jealous of Cesar's growing relationship with Jack. He claimed it was because Jack was stealing his brother's attention, but truly it was because his brother was stealing Jack's attention. Tate admired Jack from the moment she arrived. She was a fighter and was defiant against the authorities. He saw the resilence in her and it inspired him to be more like her. While Jack and Cesar were exchanging notes, Tate was left on the sidelines. He grew spiteful of his brother and plotted his revenge.

In 1977, Tate devised a plan of escape. First, Jack killed her doctor Johnathan Buchanan. Then, Tate took Jack with him and they fled the facility. She insisted they go back for Cesar but Tate informed her that he died during experimentation. This was a fabrication that tied into his manipulative scheme. If Jack believed Cesar was dead, she would seek comfort in Tate. Then he could finally have his way with her. This advance towards Jack worked, as they quickly started a relationship soon after leaving Saint Warren.

The short span of their relationship was complicated, to say the least. Tate was very controlling of Jack, which triggered her severe authority issues. Although Tate insisted he loved her, Jack couldn't help but feel trapped. She later realized that she was only with Tate to cope with her grieving for Cesar. Moreover, she was scarred by her experiences in Saint Warren and simply wanted someone who understood her pain. Tate was able to relate to her, which she needed at the time. However, she grew less and less fond of him by the day and eventually decided they could not be together anymore. Jack and Tate went their separate ways and never looked back.

A few months after the ordeal, Jack found herself in a terrible position. She was heartbroken, mourning a false death, traumatized and homeless. With no one to turn to for support, she was in utter despair. In all her years, Jack had never felt so low. The fire that once burned in her soul had been extinguished into nothing but ash. Suddenly, she was incapable of relying solely on herself. The belief that she was strong enough to overcome all odds had collapsed into defeat. The loneliness ate away at Jack until she could barely recognize herself in the mirror. She asked herself, "What have I become? Has this world beaten me down so far as to destroy any conviction I had of my own spirit?" Jack thought all hope was lost. That was until she met her salvation.

His name was Julius Galvez. He met Jack in 1977 and was instantly drawn to her. Julius greeted her with the utmost courtesy and tenderness. Jack was startled by his character, for everything about Julius was intriguingly different. She had never met anyone like him before. His smile alone sent tingles through her body, as he was so strikingly handsome. However, he didn't recognize it himself. Julius was so humble, it was as if he was a delicate butterfly that could not see the beauty of his own wings.

Despite Jack's profound attraction to Julius, she convinced herself she would never fall in love again. Julius detected the walls she had built around her heart and was determined to break them down. One rainy evening, they warmed themselves by the fire. Julius was curious enough to ask Jack about her name. She revealed that she has gone by many names and even a number. Jack divulged her history at Saint Warren to Julius. She then shared how all of her names have been a reference to her appearance. She explains the name Fiona to Julius.

With tears in her eyes, she said, "My name means beautiful. But I don't want to be beautiful. I want to be strong". Julius replied, "You are strong." Then Julius made a suggestion. He told her that escaping Saint Warren was her attempt to overthrow her captors. The only female capable of doing something like that would be a woman named Jacqueline. For the name, Jacqueline, meant "to overthrow". The name was music to her ears, and Jack decided that very moment to be known as Jacqueline.

From that day on, the two were inseparable. Julius proved his devotion to Jack through countless signs of affection. He was the first man to ever buy Jack a bouquet of flowers. He was also the first to ever talk to Jack about her feelings. She was certain that people simply didn't care enough to ask these kinds of questions. However, Julius proved this notion wrong. Not only did Julius cherish Jack, but he also courted her. He treated her utter respect and compassion. Julius showed Jack how to love without expectations or requirements. He explained to Jack love cannot be bought through sex and gifts, but it is earned through loyalty and trust.

Brick by brick, Julius slowly and thoughtfully deconstructed the wall Jack had built. When Julius revealed that he had marked Jack, she admitted that she had fallen in love with him. Julius wasted no time before making a decision. He said he would take her to join his pack of Werewolves, known as The Feral Pack. Then they would have a Mating Ceremony and be together for the rest of their days. Jack was elated by the thought of being with Julius forever. She knew that Julius was the love of a lifetime and her fate would be desolate without him.

1900's-Present

Jack merged well with the pack and felt as if she finally had a family. Jack had never been shown such mass amounts of love and acceptance in all her years. She believed that she had never felt true happiness before this time. Every moment was perfect. She woke up every morning to Julius laying beside her. She spent time enjoying the company of her friends. She wasn't forced into harsh labor or a degrading job. She was exhilarated. But most of all, she was finally free to be herself. There was no one to condemn her for what she truly was. She was able to hunt till exhaustion and feed till she was replete. Jack was finally proud to be a Werewolf. And with Julius as her mate, she was finally complete.

Jack picked up some hobbies in her years with The Feral Pack. She became a Werewolf brawler, fighting fellow Werewolves in the name of sport and entertainment. Over time, she became very skilled. She was calculated, agile and stronger than the average woman. She was undefeated with every challenger who was brave enough to compete against her. Eventually, Jack acquired a notable reputation. Everyone in Washington knew her as a force to be reckoned with. It was then Jack knew, she had gained back her true strength. Despite her afflictions, the fire burned in her once again.

As life went on, Jack was certain nothing would ever tarnish her happiness again. For once in her existence, she was perfectly content. Jack had been mated to Julius for 25 years. She thought that this was only a small portion of their eternal life together. But as cruel fate would decide, Jack would then lose everything she once held dear.

Johnathan Buchanan, Jack's doctor from Saint Warren, had a son named Tom. When he turned 17, Tom discovered the truth behind his father's death. When he learned that Jack was responsible for killing his father, he was determined to avenge him. Consequently, he hunted down Jack to murder her. His plan was successful, as a silver bullet to the heart struck her dead in 1985.

The Feral Pack was devastated by her death, but none more than Julius. He faced an excruciating agony that was unfathomable to anyone else in the pack. For not only was Jack his Soul Mate, but he had also marked her. His sole purpose was to devote his life to Jack. Without her, Julius was lost in an abyss of loneliness and despondency. After her murder, he felt as if the very essence of his soul was stolen. Julius knew that he could not endure a shattered heart and an eternity without Jack. Therefore, he was compelled to bring her back.

Julius was a prodigy Spirit Wolf and had mastered his Conjuring abilities. He was aware that if he used black magic to resurrect Jack, he would forsake his powers. However, he wasn't hesitant at the slightest and was willing to sacrifice everything to save her. After linking a connection with a damned spirit, Julius performed the ritual. Julius resurrected Jack and believed he had finally reunited with his mate.

However, after her rebirth, Jack lost everything. All of her recent memories from the last 20 years were erased, including any recollection she had of Julius. Not only that, but her personality altered her into a person her own pack couldn't recognize. She was no longer the warm-hearted, passionate, cheerful Jack that everyone knew. She became cold-hearted, vulgar and arrogant. Oddly enough, she also lost her English accent.

When asked what she remembered, Jack recited a very distorted version of her history. She could recall everything up to 1977. After that period, some things were foggy and others were crystal clear. She knew the impact joining The Feral Pack had on her happiness, however, she couldn't remember why she joined in the first place. It was as if she never met Julius. The 25 years they spent as mates had vanished. She couldn't recall how madly in love she once was with Julius. When she looked at him, it was as if they were strangers.

Julius was heartbroken, disappointed and angry. After everything he had sacrificed to resurrect Jack, he had lost her. What was worse, is that he had a replica but it was nearly a shell that harbored a soul he couldn't recognize. She was not the Jack he fell in love with. She was not the mate he wanted to spend forever with. Her resurrection had robbed her of her true character. Julius was beset with guilt; as if he let the real Jack slip through his fingers. He believed if he hadn't been so selfish as to bring her back, perhaps she would have died knowing he loved her.

Julius realized what he had done. As he spent time getting to know the new Jack, he noticed the wall she had built around her heart again. The wall he had struggled to dismantle for so many years was now as impenetrable as ever. Julius couldn’t bring it upon himself to insert himself back into Jack’s life. When Alpha Dean Duvall asked if Julius wanted to be reassigned as her mate, Julius declined his offer. From there, Jack and Julius went their separate ways.

Although they remained in the same pack, Julius never attempted to win her back. Jack showed no interest in Julius. Instead, she flirted with other pack members and indulged in various sexual activities. Clearly, she had moved on - even if she did not know what she was moving on from. Julius never bothered to rehash the past. Jack seemed happy regardless. He thought any interference on his part would be awkward and uncalled for. He decided to leave Jack be while secretly holding onto the memories they shared.

Alpha Dean decided to let Jack get acquainted with the pack members before assigning her a new mate. Jack enjoyed the company of many suitors. This was both the dawn and peak of her promiscuity. Jack entertained herself with numerous sexual partners. She experimented with her sexuality and discovered her new attraction to women. Jack was not only living again, but she was thriving.

Jack began dating fellow pack member Breaker in 1987. They became very close within a matter of weeks and developed an unbreakable bond. Breaker gave her the nickname "Jack", which stuck to her persona like glue. Suddenly, everyone began calling her Jack. She was thrilled with her newfound identity and her newfound relationship.

Jack and Breaker were infatuated with each other. The pair was tied at the hip. Wherever you found Breaker, you'd find his notorious counterpart. They were enamored with one another, despite Jack's boundaries in regards to love. Jack made it very clear to Breaker in the beginning that their relationship was purely based on sexual compatibility. However, she found herself growing more fond of him by the day. They shared a similar sense of humor and spunk. Moreover, they resounded with one another's unquenchable thirst for blood. As Breaker was the Hunter of the pack, he would often take Jack along with him to find prey. They would drink themselves numb and have sex all night. Life was perfect.

Breaker didn't heed Jack's warning and he fell madly in love with her. After spending each waking moment together, Breaker ultimately marked her. Jack was annoyed after learning this, however, Breaker insisted it wouldn't affect their relationship. Although Breaker was more attached to and protective of Jack, he tried his best to control himself. They happily dated for 3 years.

Jack and Breaker were forced apart when Alpha Dean assigned Jack to be his mate. Dean had been keeping a close eye on her throughout the years and saw she had all the qualities of a powerful Consort. She was strong, determined, resilient and confident. Not forgetting to mention, she was good at barking orders. Jack was everything Dean had been seeking for in a Consort. She was a natural born leader and would rule well by his side.

Breaker was infuriated by Dean's arrangement. However, Dean insisted his decision was for the benefit of the pack. Breaker explained his frustration with Jack, however, she didn't share the same sentiment. Jack was excited to be Consort. She would finally have the power she had been deprived of her entire life. She was sick of taking orders and falling in line. Now, she had the opportunity to be top dog. She knew that if she was to be Dean's Consort, she would be the best Consort the pack ever had.

Although Jack and Breaker separated, they remained best friends. Their bond was resilient and Jack repeatedly proved she would never give up on Breaker. However, Jack grew closer to her new mate. She slowly fell in love with Dean, for he was as fierce and strong-willed as she was. Breaker watched from the sidelines, bitter and resentful. Nevertheless, he didn't lash out in anger out of deep loyalty and respect for his Alpha.

During the 1990s, Jack made a new best friend. His name was Lucian Othello and they were kindred souls. Lucian could comprehend and relate to the darkest parts of Jack's mind. He also accepted all of her many flaws. Jack began to trust Lucian, for he proved to her that he would never judge her. They developed a very extraordinary bond, one that Jack had not recognized in hundreds of years. Lucian was like her big brother, one she wanted to cherish and protect. Although Jack believed she was incapable of love, she admitted to Lucian that she did indeed love him. Perhaps not how most people perceive love, but in her own special way.

Jack and Lucian entered the grunge era with enthusiasm. They spent their days going to underground concerts in Seattle and doing drugs. Jack coerced Lucian into feeding with her. She showed him the ropes of hunting and how to properly target prey. Jack re-introduced him to satisfying a ravenous appetite. They went on a Brute’s binge, spiraling into a rabid feeding frenzy. The two quite literally tore up the town, ferociously killing hundreds of people. Jack and Lucian were high on life and they were thick as thieves.

Dean wanted Jack to clean up her act and tried sending her to Commerth Academy in 1995. However, with Jack's animosity for authority and education, she dropped out after 1 week. She set a record for the shortest school attendance, which Jack was oddly proud of.

Jack continued to fly by the seat of her pants. She indulged in alcohol and drugs, often partying till wee hours of the morning. She would secretly feed outside of mealtime. And she was even so daring as to start stealing and forging Ekeret - against the knowledge of Dean of course. Jack transformed into a truly immoral and self-seeking woman. Yet despite her debauchery, Jack has never been happier.
